Persepsi Guru Sekolah Rendah Terhadap Kepimpinan Distributif Guru Besar dengan Komitmen Guru di Ipoh Perak

Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menentukan tahap kepimpinan distributif guru besar dengan tahap komitmen guru di sekolah rendah di negeri Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui soal selidik. Penulis mengambil sampel 100 guru daripada populasi 385 guru dari empat sekolah berbeza. Sampel kajian dipilih menggunakan kaedah persampelan bertujuan. Soal selidik telah dihantar dalam format borang Google dan kesahihan dan kebolehpercayaannya telah disemak. Data telah direkodkan dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 6.0 dan ditafsirkan secara diskriptif dan inferensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan keempat- empat sekolah mempunyai amalan kepimpinan distributif yang tinggi. Tahap penglibatan guru berada pada tahap sederhana tinggi. Analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara amalan kepimpinan distributif guru besar dengan komirmen guru: r (100) = 0.771, p>0.01. Kajian mendapati bahawa di sekolah rendah di Ipoh, Perak, guru besar telah mengamalkan kepimpinan distributif dan pada masa yang sama, komitmen guru berada pada tahap yang tinggi.
