Kepimpinan Teknologi Guru Besar Terhadap Pengajaran dan Pembelajaran Atas Talian Guru Pada Pasca Covid

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap kepimpinan teknologi guru besar, mengenal pasti tahap pengajaran dan pembelajaran guru atas talian guru dan menguji hubungan tahap kepimpinan teknologi guru besar dengan PdP atas talian guru pasca covid. Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kuantitatif dan data diperoleh daripada kaedah soal selidik berbentuk google form. Seramai 60 orang guru dari sekolah kebangsaan di daerah Hulu Langat, Selangor menjadi responden kajian. Soal selidik yang dianalisis menggunakan perisian Statistical Package for Sosial Studies bagi versi 25 (SPSS). Dapatan kajian ini mendapati tahap kepimpinan teknologi guru besar yang paling banyak diamalkan oleh guru besar mengikut persepsi guru-guru adalah kecemerlangan amalan profesional dengan min = 4.75, (SP=0.541) sementara tahap pengajaran dan pembelajaran guru atas talian guru pada pasca covid menunjukkan tahap yang sederhana dengan nilai min =3.32, (SP=1.081). Data juga menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara tahap kepimpinan teknologi guru besar dan tahap pengajaran dan pembelajaran guru atas talian guru. Berdasarkan kepada hasil kajian ini, beberapa cadangan telah dikemukakan bagi tujuan meningkatkan lagi tahap kepimpinan teknologi guru besar dan kajian masa akan datang.
