Penggunaan Perbankan Secara Dalam Talian dalam kalangan Mahasiswa di Malaysia

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi baru telah menyebabkan perbankan dalam talian menjadi saluran pengedaran yang terkenal dan penting dalam industri perbankan bagi kebanyakan negara. Terdapat faktor yang perlu diambil kira untuk mengetahui tentang perspektif pelajar di Malaysia tentang penggunaan perbankan dalam talian. Objektif kajian ini ialah untuk menyiasat sejauh mana kepercayaan pengguna menjadi faktor pengantara bagi tahap keselamatan dan peranan laman web dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian dalam kalangan mahasiswa. Kajian ini dijalankan ke atas sampel yang terdiri daripada 100 orang mahasiswa universiti daripada pelbagai kategori iaitu umur, tahun pengajian, sumber pendapatan dan lain-lain. Hasil analisis menggunakan perisian SPSS menunjukkan: (1) Keselamatan dan risiko berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (2) Keselamatan dan risiko berhubung secara positif dengan kepercayaan pengguna; (3) Laman web perbankan berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (4) Laman web perbankan berhubung secara positif dengan kepercayaan pengguna; (5) Kepercayaan pengguna berhubung secara positif dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (6) Kepercayaan pengguna mengantara hubungan antara keselamatan dan risiko dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian; (7) Kepercayaan pengguna mengantara hubungan antara laman web dengan penggunaan perbankan dalam talian.
