Melestari Pendidikan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional Berdasarkan Kepimpinan Distibutif, Komitmen Organisasi, Kompetensi dan Kreativiti Pengajar
Abstract
Kajian ini menentukan sama ada terdapat pengaruh kreativiti sebagai mediator antara hubungan kepimpinan distributif, komitmen organisasi, kompetensi terhadap pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV. Seramai 444 orang pengajar Pendidikan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional (PLTV) telah terlibat sebagai responden di Institusi Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM). Analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensi iaitu korelasi SEM, regresi piawai SEM serta analisis laluan SEM merupakan teknik analisis data dalam kajian ini. Hasil analisis korelasi SEM menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif pada aras sederhana bagi kepimpinan distributif (r=0.65, p<0.05), aras sederhana bagi komitmen organisasi (r=0.70, p<0.05), aras tinggi bagi kompetensi (r=0.72, p<0.05) dan aras tinggi bagi kreativiti (r=0.78, p<0.05) dengan pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV. Manakala, analisis regresi piawai SEM menunjukkan kepimpinan distributif, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kreativiti iaitu dengan nilai β masing-masing adalah β=0.23, β=0.26 dan β=0.36. Bagi analisis regresi piawai SEM terhadap pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV pula didapati Kepimpinan distributif, komitmen organisasi, kompetensi dan kreativiti adalah peramal yang signifikan dengan nilai β masing-masing adalah β=0.16, β=0.20, β=0.23 dan β=0.37. Seterusnya, dapatan menunjukkan kesan pengaruh kreativiti sebagai mediator separa antara hubungan kepimpinan distributif, komitmen organisasi dan kompetensi terhadap pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV. Model yang dibangunkan dapat menjelaskan kesan daripada keseluruhan pemboleh ubah kajian terhadap pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV dalam kalangan pengajar.
