Pengaruh Kreativiti Sebagai Mediator Terhadap Hubungan Kepimpinan Distributif dengan Kelestarian Pendidikan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional
Abstract
Kajian kuantitatif ini melihat persoalan bagaimana tenaga pengajar Institusi Latihan Jabatan Tenaga Manusia (ILJTM) melaksanakan kelestarian Pendidikan Latihan Teknikal dan Vokasional (PLTV) berdasarkan kepimpinan distributif dan kreativiti. Tujuan kajian ini adalah untuk memastikan sama ada pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV dipengaruhi oleh kepimpinan distributif dan kreativiti tenaga pengajar. Selain itu, kajian ini memastikan sama ada kreativiti menjadi pengantara hubungan antara kepimpinan distributif dan kelestarian PLTV. Seramai 444 tenaga pengajar di ILJTM telah menyertai kajian ini sebagai responden. Kaedah analisis data yang digunakan dalam kajian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Dapatan kajian menunjukkan kesemua pemboleh ubah mendapat skor min yang tinggi iaitu skor kepimpinan distributif (m=4.31), kreativiti (m=4.10) dan kelestarian PLTV (m=4.35). Hasil analisis korelasi SEM menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dan positif pada aras sederhana bagi kepimpinan distributif (r=0.65, p<0.05) dan tinggi kreativiti (r=0.78, p<0.05) dengan kelelstarian PLTV. Manakala analisis pekali regresi laluan SEM menunjukkan kepimpinan distributif dan kreativiti secara signifikan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan kelestarian PLTV iaitu dengan nilai β masing-masing adalah β=0.10 dan β=0.34. Seterusnya ujian bootstrapping mengesahkan bahawa kreativiti merupakan pengantara separa antara hubungan kepimpinan distributif dengan kelestarian PLTV.
