Pengaruh Kepimpinan Instruksional Pemimpin Pertengahan Terhadap Amalan Komuniti Pembelajaran Profesional Guru Bahasa Inggeris

Abstract

Program profesional untuk meningkatkan kemahiran guru diberi perhatian oleh KPM bagi meningkatkan tahap kompetensi bahasa Inggeris dalam kalangan guru-guru bahasa lnggeris (BI) agar mencapai tahap minimum Common European Framework Of Reference(CEFR) pada tahap C1. Usaha ini perlu disokong melalui amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional di sekolah. Kajian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti tahap dan menentukan perkaitan antara kepimpinan Instruksional pemimpin pertengahan dan amalan komuniti pembelajaran professional. Kajian kuantitatif ini dilaksanakan menggunakan soal selidik secara dalam talian di Negeri Selangor melibatkan sekolah rendah luar bandar. Teknik pensampelan nisbah strata rawak telah digunakan untuk mengumpul data. Seramai 260 responden dari sekolah rendah luar bandar telah dilibatkan dalam kajian ini. Analisis dilaksanakan menggunakan perisian SPSS 28 bagi analisis tahap, hubungan dan perbezaan. Secara keseluruhannya, semua pemboleh ubah dalam kajian ini mencapai tahap tinggi. Amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional mencapai skor min yang tertinggi diikuti kepimpinan instruksional. Kepimpinan Instruksional didapati mempunyai perkaitan yang positif dan signifikan dengan amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional. Semua dimensi kepimpinan instruksional iaitu merangka matlamat, menyelia dan menilai pengajaran, mengawal waktu pengajaran dan menggalakkan Pembangunan profesional mempunyai hubungan positif secara signifikan dengan amalan komuniti pembelajaran profesional. Kajian ini menunjukkan kepimpinan instuksional yang mantap dapat memastikan peningkatan dalam amalan pembangunan profesional bahasa Inggeris. Kajian ini mencadangkan supaya kajian selanjut boleh diberi tumpuan terhadap panitia lain dalam amalan kepimpinan instuksional bagi mata pelajaran lain.
