Abstract

Kebolehan organisasi adalah aset tidak nyata yang dapat memberi kelebihan daya saing kepada prestasi perniagaan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana. Kebolehan organisasi memberi impak yang positif dalam menangani masalah dan memberi solusi baru serta merangka strategi yang berkesan. Kebolehan organisasi dapat membuka peluang kepada peniaga kecil dan sederhana untuk memperluas pasaran dan mengurangi risiko dalam perniagaan. Makalah ini bertujuan membincangkan Tentang peranan kebolehan organisasi kepada prestasi perniagaan Perusahaan Kecil dan Sederhana (PKS). Kajian ini menggunakan kaedah kajian kepustakaan. Dapatan analisis kajian ini tentang peranan kebolehan organisasi kepada prestasi perniagaan yang meliputi kerjasama dengan rakan kongsi-pembekal, penggunaan teknologi canggih dan kapasiti untuk inovasi produk adalah asas strategi untuk menangani masalah dalam sosio-persekitaran terhadap prestasi. Manakala, bagi peranan kedua adalah proaktif yang mana firma dapat membangunankan kebolehan dalam membentuk pasaran firma sendiri. Peranan ketiga adalah pengetahuan di mana kebolehan organisasi mementingkan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai perniagaan supaya dapat meningkatkan prestasi. Kesimpulannya kebolehan organisasi amatlah berguna kepada PKS bagi membantu peniaga dalam meningkatkan prestasi.
