Efikasi Kendiri dan Sikap Guru Matematik terhadap Pengintegrasian Teknologi Maklumat dan Komunikasi
Abstract
Efikasi kendiri dan sikap guru merupakan penyumbang kepada pengintegrasian teknologi maklumat dan komunikasi (TMK) dalam pengajaran dan pemudahcaraan (PdPc). Justeru, kajian kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk kajian tinjauan telah dijalankan ke atas 127 orang guru Matematik di 12 buah sekolah menengah dalam daerah Kuala Langat. Borang soal selidik berskala Likert 4 poin telah digunakan sebagai instrumen kajian. Data dianalisis menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 23.0 bagi statistik inferensi yang melibatkan analisis korelasi Pearson dan regresi linear berganda. Dapatan kajian mendapati terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi kendiri dengan sikap guru Matematik terhadap pengintegrasian TMK dalam PdPc. Di samping itu, efikasi kendiri menjadi peramal terbesar kepada faktor guru Matematik mengintegrasikan TMK dalam PdPc. Kesimpulannya, sekiranya tahap efikasi kendiri guru adalah tinggi disertai dengan sikap yang positif, maka guru Matematik mampu mengintegrasikan TMK dalam proses PdPc dengan berkesan. Selain itu, mereka boleh menambah baik pengurusan kelas semasa mengintegrasikan TMK. Implikasi daripada kajian ini menunjukkan Kementerian Pendidikan perlu memberi perhatian yang serius terhadap dua faktor ini untuk memastikan guru Matematik mengintegrasikan TMK dalam PdPc selari dengan aspirasi negara dalam PAK 21 dan IR 4.0.
