Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 dan pandemik Covid-19 telah menyebabkan berlakunya perkembangan yang mendadak dalam penggunaan teknologi dalam kalangan guru dan murid di Malaysia. Justeru, pembelajaran berasaskan projek mod teradun merupakan suatu pendekatan yang berpotensi untuk memenuhi keperluan industri pada masa akan datang. Kajian ini membincangkan isu dan cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran berasaskan projek mod teradun. Hasil dapatan daripada kajian-kajian lepas, cabaran guru yang perlu diatasi dapat dilihat dalam tiga aspek, iaitu a) kemahiran teknologi, b) pengetahuan kandungan dan pedagogi, serta c) sikap dan efikasi kendiri guru dalam melaksana pendekatan ini. Cadangan penambahbaikan yang boleh dibuat ialah peningkatan profesionalisme guru melalui kursus dan latihan dalam teknologi dan amalan pedagogi. Peranan kepimpinan sekolah dalam menyediakan sokongan, kemudahan dan kewangan akan membantu guru dari segi motivasi untuk mempertingkatkan amalan pengajaran yang berkesan dan bermakna.
