Kompetensi Sosial Emosi dan Pendidikan : Kajian Tinjauan Sistematik
Abstract
Kompetensi sosial emosi adalah penting untuk perkembangan positif dan secara signifikan dapat meramalkan pencapaian pendidikan dan pekerjaan, kesihatan dan kesejahteraan. Kajian-kajian lepas mendapati bahawa pembelajaran sosial emosi memberi pengaruh kepada perkembangan dan penyesuaian sikap ke arah yang positif, peningkatan kejayaan akademik dalam kalangan pelajar dan juga pencegahan masalah tingkah laku. Sehubungan dengan itu, guru dan pemimpin sekolah amat berperanan dalam memberi penekanan kepada aspek tersebut. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk melakukan tinjauan secara sistematik terhadap impak kompetensi sosial emosi kepada tiga golongan iaitu pelajar, guru dan pemimpin sekolah. Melalui enjin carian pangkalan Scopus dan Web of Science, sebanyak 16 artikel kajian yang menepati kriteria pemilihan telah dipilih. Limitasi pada kajian yang dipilih hanya terhad kepada penyelidik yang menerbitkan jurnal peer reviewed mengenai kompetensi sosial emosi di luar negara. Analisis menunjukkan bahawa kompetensi sosial emosi memberikan impak positif dalam menjayakan pencapaian akademik untuk pelajar dan memberikan impak kesejahteraan kerja guru dan pemimpin sekolah.
