Kesahan dan Kebolehpercayaan Instrumen Kualiti Hidup Perumahan Awam Bagi Miskin Bandar

Abstract

Keperluan untuk menjalankan kajian bagi membentuk instrumen kualiti hidup perumahan awam bagi miskin bandar semakin ketara apabila isu seperti ketidakpuashatian penghuni dan tekanan perumahan masih lagi berlaku. Sekiranya masalah dan isu ini tidak diatasi ianya akan memberikan impak yang negatif kepada kualiti hidup penghuni. Oleh yang tersebut, matlamat kajian ini adalah untuk mengesahkan instrumen kualiti hidup perumahan awam bagi miskin bandar. Analisis CFA yang dibuat ke atas model pengukuran hipotesis menunjukkan ianya mencapai nilai kesepadan model pengukuran yang telah ditetapkan setelah pengubahsuaian model dibuat. Analisis CFA juga turut mengesahkan bahawa terdapat tujuh konstruk yang menerangkan kualiti hidup perumahan awam bagi miskin bandar. Hasil analisis kesahan menunjukkan instrumen kajian mempunyai kesahan yang baik dimana kesemua konstruk mencapai nilai AVE>0.5 dan nilai punca kuasa dua AVE adalah lebih besar daripada nilai korelasi konstruk yang lain. Hasil analisis kebolehpercayaan pula mendapati bahawa kesemua konstruk kualiti hidup memperolehi nilai CR>0.7 menunjukkan bahawa instrumen mempunyai kebolehpercayaan yang baik. Oleh yang tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahawa instrumen kajian yang dibentuk adalah instrumen yang sah dan boleh dipercayai sebagai petunjuk kualiti hidup perumahan awam bagi miskin bandar. Hasil kajian ini dapat digunakan sebagai rujukan khususnya dalam pembangunan perumahan awam bagi golongan miskin bandar sama ada oleh pihak kerajaan mahupun pihak swasta.
