Tahap Motivasi Pemain Bola Tampar dalam Melaksanakan Latihan Kendiri

Abstract

Kajian ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk melihat tahap motivasi pemain bola tampar dalam melaksanakan latihan kendiri. Seramai 65 orang pemain bola tampar yang terdiri daripada 27 orang lelaki dan 38 orang perempuan. Kesemua sampel kajian ini merupakan pemain bola tampar Kelantan dalam Daerah Kota Bharu Utara yang mana pernah mewakili sekolah untuk ke peringkat MSSD Kota Bharu 2020/2021. Dalam kajian ini pengkaji menggunakan soal selidik Task and Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire (TEOSQ) yang terbahagi kepada dua subskala iaitu subskala tugasan (7 item) dan subskala ego (6 item). Hasil dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbezaan yang signifikan tahap motivasi pemain bola tampar lelaki dan perempuan dalam melaksanakan latihan kendiri bagi dalam Daerah Kota Bharu Utara yang pernah mewakili sekolah ke peringkat MSSD Kota Bharu 2020/2021. Oleh yang demikian dapat disimpulkan bahawa tahap motivasi pemain bola tampar lelaki dan perempuan tidak mempengaruhi latihan kendiri yang dilaksanakan oleh kedua-dua kumpulan pemain tersebut.
