Stres Akademik dan Strategi Daya Tindak dalam kalangan Pelajar: Satu Kajian Sistematik

Abstract

Kajian lepas telah mendedahkan kadar peratusan faktor stress akademik dalam pelajar semakin tinggi. Walau bagaimanapun, terdapat sebilangan besar pelajar yang mengetahui akan strategi daya tindak yang berkesan dalam menangani tahap stres akademik yang dialami. Tujuan kajian ini dijalankan adalah untuk melakukan tinjauan secara sistematik terhadap tahap stres akademik yang dialami oleh pelajar sekolah menengah di samping mengenal pasti strategi daya tindak stres akademik yang digunakan. Melalui enjin carian pangkalan data Science Direct dan Google Scholar, sebanyak 15 buah artikel kajian yang menepati kriteria pemilihan telah dipilih. Hasil daripada analisis menunjukkan bahawa kebanyakan pelajar mengalami stres akademik pada tahap yang sederhana. Dalam pada itu, dapatan kajian juga menunjukkan bahawa strategi daya tindak yang digunakan juga dipengaruhi oleh tahap stres akademik yang dialami sama ada strategi tersebut berbentuk positif mahupun negatif.
