Abstract

Meneliti kepada ekosistem perusahaan sosial, modal sosial rantaian dianggap sebagai keperluan utama bagi memastikan kestabilan sesebuah perusahaan sosial. Justeru itu, modal sosial melalui tindakan kolektif komuniti penting dalam perusahaan sosial yang mana menjadi faktor pemangkin kejayaan sebuah perusahaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meneliti sejauh mana peranan pemegang taruh memperkasakan komuniti pengasas perusahaan sosial berasaskan modal sosial rantaian. Seramai lima (5) orang pengasas telah di temu bual oleh pengkaji dan data naratif temu bual di analisa menggunakan kaedah analisis tematik. Tiga (3) peranan pemegang taruh telah dikenal pasti sebagai hasil kajian ini, iaitu 1) sokongan modal insan, 2) sokongan ekonomi dan 3) sokongan fizikal yang menggambarkan pembentukan modal sosial rantaian dalam ekosistem perusahaan sosial. Menerusi dapatan kajian ini jelaslah bahawa pemegang taruh memainkan peranan penting bagi pembangunan sesebuah perusahaan sosial bagi pemerkasaan komuniti perusahaan sosial menerusi modal sosial rantaian dari aspek sokongan modal insan, sokongan ekonomi serta sokongan fizikal. Secara tidak langsung menerusi sokongan-sokongan yang ada melalui modal sosial rantaian ini menjadikan sesebuah perusahaan sosial dapat mencapai kelestarian dalam pelaksanaannya di samping membantu sesebuah perusahaan sosial mencapai objektif sosial mereka.
